Sheila J Hall

Sheila J Hall is a native of rural North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University School of art. Sheila moved to Anchorage Alaska where she was an instructor and professional artist for over 25 years.

After over thirty years as an art educator, and school administrator, Sheila is now concentrating on her art in her Raleigh NC, “Color Speaks“ art studio. She continues to serve the community through empowering people of all ages to create art. Hall serves on the Downtown Garner Arts Board.

Hall works in acrylic and mixed media to paint bold colorful abstract art. Her colorful artwork is among private art collections from Anchorage, Alaska to North Carolina. Many of Hall’s colorful paintings have become textile designs and wearable art. Her paintings have led to designs for beautiful garments and accessories sold internationally.
